The customer required an online tool from the event and catering sectors that links employers like chefs, servers, bartenders, and others with event planners.
The employer’s profile includes the company’s logo and description, company reviews, a business calendar, offer statistics, a summary of expenses, a list of candidates and participating employees, and settlements.
The necessary functions of an employee's profile are employee availability settings, profile photo, description, work experience, as well as statistics from the offers applied to.
The employer defines who he needs, the event's time, the number of hours, the hourly pay, and the location when generating an offer. The event is then added into the business calendar.
There are three different event statuses: upcoming, ongoing, and finished. Employees can apply for events with the upcoming status and filter events by location, job, or hourly rate.
The system delivers the employer proposals of applicants who may be asked to take advantage of the offer based on information from the offer and candidate profiles. Depending on the user's settings, both parties receive push alerts via email or the application's Inbox.
We provided UX/UI design, web development, front-end development, back-end development, and quality assurance tests.
We separated users into two groups during the design phase, and for each category, we created separate accounts with the functionalities they required. Additionally, we created a landing page to assist with the platform's registration process for both businesses and employees.
The application's well-considered architecture ensures functionality for both groups of users, enabling them to form hundreds of cooperative relationships each day.
