Our client, a digital marketing agency, approached us with a request to develop a SaaS product that would help businesses automate their social media marketing efforts. The client wanted a platform that could schedule content, provide analytics, and automate postings based on specific triggers, such as new blog posts or product launches. The client also requested that we enhance the platform with ChatGPT technology to enable natural language interactions with the platform.
Content scheduling: The platform allows users to schedule content to be published on their social media accounts at a specific date and time.
Analytics: The platform provides users with detailed analytics on their social media accounts, including engagement rates, reach, and impressions.
Automated posting: Users can set up triggers to automate social media postings based on specific events, such as new blog posts or product launches.

We followed an agile development process with a focus on user-centered design. We started with user research to understand the needs and pain points of our target users. We created user personas and user journeys to guide our design decisions.
Based on our research, we created wireframes and prototypes for the platform, which we tested with users to get feedback and improve the design.
