In the year 2007, Plavno was conceived and brought to life by two visionary individuals, Dmitry and Oleg. Fueled by their exceptional passion and a shared long-term vision, they embarked on a journey that would eventually redefine the outsourcing industry.
With a small team and a big dream, Plavno ventured into outsourcing, armed with strong financial sector expertise. We were pleasantly surprised when two of the country's largest banks entrusted us with developing an advanced solution, laying the foundation for our future success.

As Plavno continued to grow, it expanded the range of industries, technologies and services offered and attracted top talent in various fields. By the end of the year, the company had achieved 40% employee growth.
