The client needed to create a food delivery application that allows users to place an order and receive delivery at the desired location.
The application has a menu that is divided into categories and subcategories. The user can use search filters such as price, time or distance. He can add a lot of products from different categories to the cart, and then pay for them all together.
The buyer can use various online payment methods, and also note that he wants to pay for the order in cash. You can also specify whether the customer wants to leave a tip.
Users can track the order status and also see the courier's entire journey on the map. In addition, an internal chat function is built into the application, in order to resolve issues with the courier or support.
The admin panel was also developed. It allows you to analyze users, their ratings and reviews, as well as orders in general.
The admin can do mass mailing of notifications with messages for users of the application in a specific location or with a certain type of device.
An app can be translated into any language, as it supports multi-language.
The mobile client created by Plavno uses the React.Native, which allows you to have a single code base for mobile applications for both IOS and Android. Mobile apps share a common core for order placing and customer support chats with the web app, allowing cross-platform chats.
Additionally, an application was developed to monitor the load and balance users between different instances.
Analytics data is used in the administration panel to control delivery and balance orders between points.
