The primary challenge was to integrate ChatGPT functionality into the real estate IT solution to deliver intelligent and conversational customer support. This involved training the language model on a specific real estate domain, ensuring accurate and context-aware responses. Additionally, seamless integration with the existing real estate platform and adherence to German data privacy regulations were essential.
Intelligent Chatbot: Integrated ChatGPT as a conversational chatbot to provide instant and accurate responses to customer queries about property listings, pricing, amenities, and other real estate information.
Personalized Assistance: Trained ChatGPT on a real estate-specific dataset, enabling it to understand domain-specific language and offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and requirements.

Our software development team delivered a real estate IT solution customized for the German market. The front-end development utilized Angular.js and Sass, providing an intuitive user interface for property search, comparison, and appointment scheduling.
