The client wanted to create an application where patients and doctors contact, schedule appointments and consultations online
Two types of roles for patients and doctors. Both have a personal profile where general information about them is displayed.
Among specific features of patients' roles are registration and authorization, ability to make appointments online within a second.
This system is integrated with payment gateways allowing users to pay for their appointments and consultations with credit cards or Paypal accounts.
The patients can also select a doctor according to their preferences by setting up the necessary filters and studying ratings and reviews.
The doctors’ role allows them to manage their schedule, create reports based on the collected data.
Patients and doctors can communicate in private voice and video chats.
In case of an unexpected postponement of the appointment, users will receive an email notification about changes in the schedule.
